Hi Elias, Well winds can be very different at many individual altitudes, they can also be consistent and similar, it just depends on the actual weather. The 224° at 3 kts wind seems to be a bug that appears at all altitudes in the USA at present, I hope it gets fixed soon. Cheers, Jerome
