Missing Content SOLVED
The issue that prevented users to unlock their Deluxe and Deluxe Premium content should now be fixed.

Please do the following:
Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator again
The DLCs will become available

Odd wording.  It might make more sense to say, 

"We fixed the problem on our end.  The premium content will be available again the next time you launch Microsoft Flight Simulator."

Closer to home, there's the "Search by Input" in the Control Assignment dialogue, when they could have said "Press the button to assign to this command". 

As it currently stands, the incredible ease which you can assign commands is almost totally masked behind minimalist phraseology.
