Yhat is now false.  Windows 2000 does permit this and seamlessly installs You may get asked later that thie software is not activated and giving you options to activate.  If your software is, asw it should be activated in your live account it will reactivate it for you.

I spoked about something different. I know, that it possible reactivate Windows on new hardware. But I spoke about many unspecified problems, what you may get, if you move your previous instance of Windows instalation directly from old PC to a some new PC with completely different hardware. In this case you may encounter a various problems in Windows and installed software. On a new hardware is a new instalation Windows the only correct way.

abrams_tank thanks so much. But could you please give me the specific site address for logging in; I have tried settings/useraccount and I get many different websites. Forgive me for not being too computer literate, but any help you can give me would be great. By the way, for a couple of weeks I have enjoyed msfs 2020 on my older machine, and it worked great 40 fps as long as I keep it at a low setting--and the graphics were still outstanding..

Hey Throttleup, I just bought Gigabyte 570 UD Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT, 32 gigs of ram, and a 1T SSD M.2 storage. I have yet to buy a graphics card, but for now, I am using a GTX 980Ti.

To login to your Microsoft account in Windows, it's not a website that you login to.  You login to your Microsoft Account in Windows 10.  Watch this video on how to login to your Microsoft Account in Windows 10:

Hey Guys, I am logged in, but there is no tab to go to for me to even request help. One last question: is there a way to contact the MSFS 2020 help desk, weather through email or phone, or is there even a help desk?

Thanks to all of you. I finally got this darn simulator to work. I had to go to the website, login and then start the program from there; now I can just start it from my usually desktop place. Once again, thanks for you help.
