Aircraft disappearing from my MFS install ...

Featured Replies

Yesterday had the most strange event occurring in my mfs install. As I started the sim, only one aircraft was available for install - the TBM 900.
After restarting a few times, deleting all folders bellow the conmunity folder, asking for a game repair /reset, and even erasing that aircraft folder from a temporary system folder associated with mfs, the most I was able to get was 2 instead of just one aircraft.

Reinstalled mfs, to no avail - still the same - two aircraft only... :-/

I then decided to logout of my account in the game and use another one I have in MS Outlook. Strangely all aircraft were there, and I had a fresh install, with default options.

I logged off of that account and logged in again with the usual account - the one I had actually redeemed my DVD version with - and there were finally all aircraft back to the hangar....

Very weird...

AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

It is all very odd  .....

I have the Premium Deluxe Edition and only have 12 aircraft available  ... In the airliners hangar I can only see the Premium Deluxe 787 and not the A320 Neo and 747 which should be available in all versions of the sim

This could be the new "Whineometer"! Apparently every time it goes above 25% they deduct an Aircraft, make it to 50% and it's two. If it hit's 100% your PC will only run Fortnite for three weeks..........Apparently...........🤪😜
