September 12, 20205 yr Hi Couple of questions about the Diamond DA40 TDO rudder control - I don't have rudder pedals so I use keys 0 and enter: Veering to the left when it taxis even at low speed - is this overdoing of the p-factor? Using numpad for rudder it's really sensitive - I cant find a way to reduce the key sensitivity. Thanks
September 12, 20205 yr Using keys for the rudder will unfortunately be a pain in the ***. I mean it is doable but so much easier with even the cheapest pair of rudder pedals...its also so much easier because your feet are doing the talking whilst your hands are controlling the aircraft. Waiting on what I want to come back in stock - crazy times at the moment.
September 12, 20205 yr The controls are extra sensitive in FS2020, even with rudder pedals, it is challenging to keep the center line. I imagine with a keyboard it is going to be really hard. Hopefully they can patch things and lower the overall sensitivity. ------------------------- Craig from KBUF
