September 13, 20205 yr I am loving all the development being by third party developers for aircraft liveries and world scenery addons. I had recently put several addons in the community folder and one in the fsadon-vegetation (better trees), and have experienced my first crash with MSFS 2020. I will remove the addons, and experiment. Is there such as thing as too many addons in the community folder? Sucks up the RAM and CTD? Thanks for your input. Duane Duane Buck

Duane That's a good question I hope someone knows the definitive answer for. I've already got an alarming set of addons, and I'm hoping they all only get scanned when MSFS is loaded, then get injected when they are needed. If it's loading all those addons when it starts up, I can see that becoming a problem, much as you've already deduced. The good news is that either outcome....addons are now ridiculously easy to "add", and if you ever need to pop some out you know you wont be using for a flight...do it before starting MSFS and all should be good (just drop them in a folder outside of MSFS just to be sure. In previous version of the sim....that was NOT an easy task.
