Right now, for me as a very long-term pretend pilot the main things missing are bordering on inconsequential except of course for study-level planeware and some more detailed airports which is all I've cared about for decades.  I'll bet I'm essentially a typical Avsimmer.  I miss being able to add waypoints in the flight planner and I could only imagine console users some of which likely dabbled in FS9/X in the past also would appreciate that, and I imagine it would not take a whole lot to change that.  I feel ATC has improved slightly from the old one though I prefer the voices of the old one.   After a few high end planes my only requirement is the addition of FSCaptain, but that depends on Simconnect at least for the moment.  I know the crew at FSCaptain really like MSFS so they will be on it if it's possible.  There's always going back to P3D but I could not tolerate the landclass + Orbx scenery though as I'm completely spoiled now.   Which leaves TruEarth and a much smaller world to fly in.
