Note, though, that the new policy only applies to the boxed retail versions. Anyone who buys a PC with Vista installed or uses an OEM version still has the problem.Doug

OEMs were never supposed to be transferable anyway, so that is really nothing new other than the fact that now there will be messures in place to prevent it.
