September 21, 20205 yr ...an external view junkie. It's probably largely due to the screen real-estate limitations, but I just feel claustrophobic in most cockpits (simwise, still a virgin in RL). I hope to overcome, and start doing some instrument flights, but oddly I seem to be much less gentle on the controls merely from changing to internal view... the last thing I need with far less sensory input is to have the ol' bird getting even more edgy on me. I guess I just need more practice; darn.
September 21, 20205 yr Indeed, practice is a virtue............. September 21, 20205 yr Gently does it. You'll be okay. The cockpit's the place to be - if you want to be the pilot in command - but there's no rush to get there. If you're happier in External View then stay there. One day . . .when it's cool. No rush. . . Edited September 21, 20205 yr by Will Fly For Cheese
