September 22, 20205 yr Hello, I am using the MSFS (2020). I have the same problem as in the forum entry "Error after opening setting panel" but I still have the problem that I can't steer a plane left or right in rudder control mode. (Therefore the new topic) If I switch to window control mode I can control the plane with the arrows on the control panel. This works. But in rudder control mode it does not work. Maybe this error is related to the "Error Window"? I have tested three different models and always got the same result. After a new installation it (Rudder control) works the first time until the error window opens, then it does not work anymore.

The solution to the error has been made, we tested yesterday and it's working, Bryan told me is going to release likely tommorrow. The problem is that the XML file's numbers are saved with a "," instead of ".", if you manually open the XML file with notepad, and replace all commas with periods, then it's temporally fixed, the permanent fix will be published shortly. The XML file is located here: go to, your %appdata% directory. This is done by going to your Windows explorer, and in the place where you see your folder path, write down %appdata% (without the quotes) then hit ENTER, it will go to your appdata path, in my PC is: "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming" Manuel
