October 20, 20205 yr I love flying the Diamond DA62, great little plane, but going through the startup I can never get the engines to go. Is it just me?

Is it just me? its a pretty easy process. Are you switching the fuel valves on? Between the seats? Batteries on, alternators on, engine master switches on, cycle fuel pumps. I move the throttle up far enough to see it respond then back to just above idle. Press and hold starter buttons one at a time. Set the hand brake first. With some of the other aircraft models you must hold the key switches in the start position. I do so my using the right mouse button and holding it until startup occurs.
