If by subport you mean a USB hub, for testing I'd try making all USB connections directly into the computer's USB ports, one at a time and see what happens. Right now the USB hub is a possible point of common failure.

I would also make sure the Win10 Op Sys has not put the USB port(s) you are using to 'sleep' as a power saving option which would not be uncommon. To check this you can go into the Control Panel Device Manager and under the Universal Serial Bus Controllers option make sure whatever USB ports you are using can't be powered down by the computer (box below should be unchecked). Since I'm using a desktop computer and battery power is not an issue, I make sure none of the USB ports can be turned off by the computer.

Windows Advanced Power Management was there in Win 7 as well.   Ask me.  I know from experience and it caused me terrible difficulties with Saitek products until I later learned about it after building a new Win 10 system in late 2015.  I experienced the same issues under Win 10 until I discovered the cause.  I have posted literally a score of times about it over the past five years here on Avsim.  You may instead have an actual hardware issue.  But pursuing the APM avenue is worth a try.  It is a two-step fix and there have been very recent topics here about it.  Please seek those out.  Its the Device Manager avenue to make sure the Saitek device is clearly identified, and that Power Management is deselected.  But there is also a small app that needs to be applied to patch a windows registry setting.

No guarantee it will fix your particular issue, but it takes few scant minutes to find out.

Sorry I mea nd sub port on computer.I st clicked on my ch yoke and pedals properties and have no option for turning off power saving.I just tied unplugging all three quads and rebooting computer thinking that might clear out quads. Then I rebooted but still did not get bong sound when plugging quads back in and they still not recognized.I have had computer shut down for long periods previously and not had this problem
