Same settings, more stutters!

I have exactley the same settings (graphics etc) as before the last update, but after the update i suffer from much worse stutter and lower preformance (less fps) than before. (Default analog Cessna 172 at ESSB or ESSA) I have tried to adjust settings etc, but with no luck. Any ideas, or anyone else notice this drop in fps/preformance?

I haven't noticed anymore stutters than before, in fact it is very smooth, but I have been getting an occasional long pause where everything just freezes for about 10 seconds and then starts up again.

Turn off Motion Blur. It was the first thing what I did (dont like it any simuator, its good for FPS game maybe, not for sims.....).
