Yes, that's a known issue. Last update (#5) lasted 4 hours to me, even if it was 7.5 GB in size, with an average download speed of 3 Mbps. I reported this in the MS Forums as well. Just to see if you have any luck, try to restart the installation and see if the speed gets better on the second attempt.
