Hard tunning radios

Featured Replies

Dont have any hardware yet for radios, etc.

So trying to fly the C-150, ( you don't fly a C-150 with auto-pilot) , was doing a flight that will be doing in the real C-150 in the ext few days.

Well trying to see the radio stack and trying to turn the knobs, it is extremely difficult to zoom in, try to turn and keep control, even though it was all trimmed out

Wish they had capability to click on radio stack and popup in a new window so you can see as prev versions of flight sim had.

My little complaint

Use the mouse wheel. It shouldn't take that long to tune your radio then get back to what were doing before

If you have a second monitor you can run Plan G (it is free) and open the radio window. You can interact with that using your mouse. If you have an Android tablet consider trying the FS RadioPanel App available on Google Play. It lets you control your radios and numerous switches from a touchscreen. Much easier than using the mouse in the virtual cockpit.

If you have Opencockpits radio modules, use Oi4FS and turn dials as in real life.
