The PMDg 737 NGX host aircraft does not appears to be installed Please ensure this aircraft is installed. Please contact F"sCrew for additional support" For your information: The installation program started as administrator The root folder of P3DV4 as been selected correctly The PMDG 737 NGX is already present in root folder of P3DV4 with the folder PMDG and the aircraft is corrrectly located under simobjects/airplanes What is the problem? sorry but I wanted to insert some images but I don't know if it's possible and how to do it Thanks in advance Max Edited November 13, 20205 yr by MaxTurso correction
November 13, 20205 yr Commercial Member Are you trying to use the NGX-U version? Or are you trying to use the old version of FS2Crew that doesn't support 64 bit P3D? It's probably one of those two. Check that your version meets the requirements of the host aircraft. Best, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
November 13, 20205 yr Author HI Bryan, I have bought the version for P3D 64bit and this is what i would like to install in my PC, why i have to use an older version??? Sincerly i don't understand..... It's not possible to use NGXu because i don't have this airplane installed and then will not work surely. bye
November 13, 20205 yr Commercial Member Please send me a Support Ticket with your receipt so I can see exactly what you own. Usually in this scenario it's a case of the user accidently trying to install the wrong version of FS2Crew into the PMDG. You can send me a support ticket via: www.fs2crew.com Best, B. November 13, 20205 yr Author Hi all, thanks to Bryan the problem was solved in a couple of hours, it was something related to the file aircraft.cfg in the folder PMDG 800NGX. I have renamed this file il "cfg-bak", because i use only the 800NGX with winglet..... and i don't want to have to many aircraft in the list of P3DV4......i didn't know that it's could be a possible cause of conflict. Thanks again to Bryan and have a nice weekend!! Bye max
