P2ATC says me that there is traffic at three o clock but there isn't. How can i configure it to match P2ATC information with real AI traffic simulator (FS2020)?

Unless the traffic is very close to you, you wouldn't be able to see it.  If P2A warns you of it, there is AI Traffic there somewhere.

There are settings in Config->AITraffic that you can set to not get warnings unless the traffic is closer.
