My Fo keeps interfering when i speak to atc is there a way around this is anybody running these two programs 

Yes I use Pilot2ATC with MCE.

Make sure you have set the MCE ATC tab to "other ATC" and your PTT button is mapped as the same button in both MCE and Pilot2ATC.

This will ensure you don't get a speech conflict when talking to Pilot2ATC, whilst using PTT.
