My pleasure. Glad you're happy with it. I really like it too and I hope that comes across in the video. I find it hard to get my enthusiasm across while also pointing out the things that could've done with a bit more work. There are quite a few of them in this scenery, but they're all pretty small and not that relevant to the overall feel of the place. That's why I ended up droning on for so long in the conclusion, to try and impress upon people that it's actually very good overall!

Filbert you checked out MaccoSims EGCC? It’s an early release but it’s already looking very good indeed, the developer is keeping everyone updated daily on discord and the speed he’s working on it is extraordinary. I think its going to be excellent when finished, it would definitely be worth a review from yourself.

I have to be honest here, and say that it always annoys me when a developer tries to create the impression of internal detail with indistinct window textures (night or day). Unless these are exceptionally crisp (or completely transparent, with a good level of internal detail), they always end up looking rubbish to me. I do not have Microsoft Flight Simulator, but this complaint is just as valid for P3D products. I can think of a handful of P3D airports that suffer from this, and it kills some of the immersion for me.

Yes! I'm in touch with Max. He doesn't want a review yet because it's still in early access, which seems fair enough to me, so instead I'm going to do a short preview video to show the state it's in at the moment. Should be done tonight or tomorrow.

When they're done well, I think textured windows can look really good (see Gaya's Florence). Some textured windows look better than some transparent windows, as the latter can often look odd at night and can even look bad during the day if the interior modelling isn't up to scratch or the tinting is badly done. In general though, I agree with you - give me a modelled interior with transparent glass over dodgy window textures any day. But I don't think the ones at Newcastle are too bad in the grand scheme of things.
