Try running sfc /scannow from a command prompt (as administrator). You may have some corrupt systems files.

Try using Orbx Central to re-order the scenery - go with the default settings and let it re-order the scenery config.

It should be possible to track down the culprit so don't lose hope.

Also already tried your second step. Will try the first in few minutes.

Do you have any other versions of P3D on the machine?

Are you running any anti-virus apart from the Windows default?

Are you on Windows 10 - which build?

When it sticks at loading scenery how long are you waiting before clicking close? It can take a while the first time IIRC.

No already deleted.

Avira Antivir

Edition    Windows 10 Enterprise
Version    20H2
Installed on    ‎8/‎1/‎2020
OS build    19042.630
Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

Waited for about 30minutes one time. I can also hear my CPU Fans of the watercooling reducing speed and the P3D process goes down to 0% cpu usage.

If sfc /scannow doesn't fix the problem then I suspect it's your antivirus interfering during install.

I would uninstall ORBX and any addons. Delete system generated files, delete prepar3d files and prepar3d addons folders and fully uninstall P3D. Reboot machine, disable antivirus, fresh install and then see if P3D will run. If it does, start adding things one at a time. Whenever you close P3D wait until all P3D tasks have closed before restarting.

Would like to try everything elese before I reinstall my P3D with all my settings.

After all mentioned things above, another try:

Still the same problem

Have you checked the drive for errors for the installation drive?

Try disabling all addons in the main P3D screen and restarting.

Try loading at a different airport in a different aircraft.

I also already did that. As I said sometimes it works but more often it doesn't. If I make it to pass the 72% on the loading screen. P3D works fine and I can fly long hauls for hours without any problem.

Yeah, you seem to have tried everything people are suggesting. See if you can find an airport in a region where it loads  - use the Cub or a simple default aircraft, save the scenario in 2D cockpit view as default and hopefully that will increase the proportion of the time it loads without stalling. It does sound like an issue with one element of scenery, but it's very strange if it works sometimes and not others.

Is every scenery addon definitely v5 compatible?

Actually it doesn't work anymore. P3D now already crashes after start in the menu. If I would now restart my computer it probably works again for one time like it the 100 times before did and thereafter I'll get the same problem again.

Yes every Scenery is installed with a v5 installer.

Does anyone of you have Client, content and scenery of the p3d v5.1 (NO HOTFIX!). Because this one worked flawless before.

As I see in the event log, there is always a fault with something called "AppHang"
