December 16, 20205 yr Whenever I tell the FO (e.g.) "Set one one zero point five on nav 1", he always sets the radio frequency to some crazy impossible frequency like 189.75. Running b753, the MadDog version that just got released. Tim "Stretch" Morgan DCS World (JTF-1), Falcon BMS (72nd VFW), Prepar3D v5 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/22DqFt
December 16, 20205 yr Commercial Member Maddog must have changed something. I'll check it out. But! What did you see in the "Green Bar"? Did you see 189.75 in the Green Bar? Edited December 16, 20205 yr by byork B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
December 17, 20205 yr Author Haha no, I saw the correct frequency in the green bar. Also, I'm not positive he's entering headings correctly either. Probably best to check everything on the MCP. December 29, 20205 yr Author Any update on this? It's the only thing keeping me from flying the MD /W 😛 Tim "Stretch" Morgan DCS World (JTF-1), Falcon BMS (72nd VFW), Prepar3D v5 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/22DqFt
December 29, 20205 yr Commercial Member No update. You're using a beta version right? B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
December 30, 20205 yr Author No, b753 was labeled a Release version Tim "Stretch" Morgan DCS World (JTF-1), Falcon BMS (72nd VFW), Prepar3D v5 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/22DqFt
December 30, 20205 yr Commercial Member The maddog developer said nothing changed in this area in a long time. I'm still trying to check it once I can download the latest version. But again, look at your CVR log to confirm the system is "hearing" what you think you're saying. Edited December 30, 20205 yr by byork B. December 30, 20205 yr Author OK, I did some more testing and it probably is that the FO is mishearing me. So the bug report changes to a feature request: can the FO say "Um, are you sure?" like in the 737 when you ask the impossible? December 31, 20205 yr Commercial Member We'll consider that. It's a good idea. Cheers! B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
