I am using "say it" function  , and i can't request a descend altitude, how to do it?

 

If i wanna reques a descend of 2000 Ft of my cruise altitude (12.000 Ft)  when i use  " ~Fedex Six Seven request climb to Flight Level One Zero Zero"  and the ATC  respond me with " Fedex Six Seven Request Climb to Flight Level One Two Zero; "

He still gives me the actual cruise altitude and don't give me the requested new altitude (One Zero Zero)

Try using the phrase "<CallSign> request new altitude of FL 100"

If i use this phrase "~American Airlines Six Seven request new altitude of Flight Level One Zero Zero" when i push say it the copilot say to ATC "~American Airlines Six Seven request new altitude of Flight Level Three One Zero" (my actual alt)  . and the ATC don't respond me

You have to use SayIt Plus so you can change the value for altitude.
