It's actually the VflyteAir turbo otter on amphibs.

So, vFlyteAir has acquired the rights to the Milviz DHC-3T Turbo Otter for X-Plane...! Must be a great (SIM) plane then...

I searched for Reg. N727KT, and find (on FlightAware) that the RW plane of same livery (Owner = RUSTAIR) did a flight, recently, on Oct 30, 2020, from Anchorage, AK to Talkeetna, AK (interesting little town, seems like,....🙂...)...

And, yes, that (RW) one is without the "custom" Amphib option....as you've here, nice...!!
