When i request vectors for ILS / RNAV approach , the ATC gives me the heading instructions for the approach but don't give me the correct heading for the last turn to let me centered infront of the runaway to catch the ILS, is that correct and have to make the last turn manually?

The last vector is for an intercept course for the final.  It is up to you to intercept and fly the final approach.
