The assigned STAR to departure from LEAL is RW28 , but the flight plan map starts with departure from RW10. is that correct or this is a mistake?

if its a mistake anybody knows how to fix it? I think that if the STAR is from RW28 the flight plan map  route must start from RW 28 instead of RW10. Here a couple of pics

The map shows a SID departure starting from the departure end of the runway, so the above is correct for a runway 28 departure.
