Quick update gents!

We've now (4 days later than we'd hoped) ported all the customer and order history data across to our new website and are about to push it live, so if you've purchased from us before then all your previous purchases will be visible, as well as being able to easily add new content to your account moving forward.

However we aren't able - for lots of boring data processing reasons  - to carry passwords across from our old site to our new one. Therefore you'll need to create a new account to log in and view your old purchases, using the email address that you used previously: 

• Simply go to the 'Logging In' page of the website and follow the link to the 'Create Account' page. Enter your name, existing email address and choose a password, which can be the same as your old one if you wish. 
• You'll recieve an 'Activate your account' email from us
• Click on the link in the email
• HEY PRESTO - you're in. You will see your previous purchases in your user account. 

So just to confirm - don't go straight to the log in page and try to log in with your old username/email address and password, because it won't work. Create a new account with your EMAIL ADDRESS first and then once you've activated the link in our activation email then you're all set.

If you run into any issues,  lost your login or purchased from multiple email addresses, or bought our products from other vendors and wish to bring them altogether under one place then just reach out with our new live chat and we'll take care of it.

Yep it's been a long week 🙂, indeed we've got about six inches of the stuff here!
