WT G3000 (latest version) Not Showing Approach

Recommended Posts

Not sure what I did wrong, or what is wrong, but the WT G3000 mod used with the Longitude isn't showing the approach on the MFD. The plane flies the approach without a problem, but it's not showing. It does show on the VFR map. Am I missing something here? The route was generated via Navigraph.

Try tuning Approach on Nav1, then change your source from FMS to NAV1 and Autopilot to APP mod. Then you should get the Localizer and the GS Star Both

I was flying an RNAV approach - the approach was loaded and activated in the G3000 - my question is: why isn't the approach path displayed in the MFD? Upon hitting the app button, GP was armed,  turned green, and the plane flew the approach with no problems, right down to minimums. The track just isn't displayed on the G3000

I've had the same problem. I think it's a bug as I've used the HotStart TBM a lot and believe I'm doing the right thing. I saw someone asking this on the official forums too.

Weirdly the aircraft follows the route, you just can't see it!

This is a known issue, we're trying to figure out what's going on with it and will release a patch as soon as we can.

I tried to install the most recent version today, the approach path was showing right, but when I was close to the airport the path on the screen disappeared.
