January 6, 20215 yr This seems to be a bug with MSFS. The Beechcraft Baron won't recognize an altitude set if you are using anything other than a pressure altitude of 29.92. This means that if you are using live weather, and the pressure is set to say, 30.21, the plane will level off above the altitude you set, and never reach it. Conversely, the TBM has no issue with nonstandard pressure. https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file
January 6, 20215 yr You are saying the autopilot is basing its altitude capture on pressure altitude vs indicated? Not that the G1000 doesn't allow you to set the correct altimeter setting, correct? Chris

If you set proper altimeter, the plane will level off incorrectly. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
