Possible LINDA convert - long time FSUIPC user

Featured Replies

I am brand new to LINDA.  I understand it is a big assist with buttons.  I currently use FSUIPC and my Saitek Pro Yoke to handle the trim, flaps and gear via buttons on the Yoke.

Would I need to change those assignments if I begin using LINDA?

No ....... if you wish to use Linda for other assignments on other buttons, just don't duplicate your currents.

for now, cheers

Welcome to LINDA. FSUIPC and LINDA work side by side and there is no need to change any existing FSUIPC assignments. However, you may find that LINDA aircraft module functions provide greater functionality and flexibility.

I definitely do!  Obviously the FSX/P3D world without FSUIPC would be dead, but I can't say enough about the flexibility that LINDA has added.  There are many aircraft specific modules that add a lot a valuable specific functions.  And while seemingly little, I love being able to program the assignments without having to run P3D.  I can spend some time working on them, then start the sim only to test them.
