Can anyone maybe help to solve this issue? ive tried everything that i know of.

Ive tried all of these steps without any success

1.Logging in and out

2.Deleting everything from community folder

3.Checked data settings

4.Reinstalled the game

 

I had this same issue after trying to place an order that didn't complete when I had a problem entering the password. I tried every solution I could find on the official forum with no success. I then filed a support request on Zendesk. Initially they sent me a list of 3 steps from their FAQs to try and marked it solved. None of them worked. I messaged them back to say it wasn't resolved and after 4 days with no response opened another ticket. Eight days after I opened the first ticket (I was almost ready to try a reinstall), they responded and said they fixed it on their end by clearing the cancelled order from my account. The buy buttons where working again after that. 

My theory about their support is that your ticket will quickly get a canned response, but, if that doesn't work and you reopen it, it will take considerable time for it to get through the queue for individual attention.

 My advice to is contact support through Zendesk and be patient, as I think only they can fix it for you.

Aha ok. I think i have the same problem then. Im getting a notification when loging out that my purchase og vienna was not successful. Ive senft a ticket to zendesk. Thank you.

Try starting MSFS *without* administrative privileges.

If MSFS is from steam, then make sure Steam, Settings, In Game, Enable Steam Overlay box is checked. If it is unchecked, then I can't buy from the marketplace.
