January 23, 20215 yr There does not appear to be a MSFS setting that will cause the co-pilot to call out (when appropriate during takeoff): "80 knots (100 knots?)," "V1," "V2," "Rotate," "Positive Rate," and, "Gear Up" (when the captain raises the gear). I believe this is a serious omission by MSFS. I'm surprised this oversight hasns't raised more objections among simmers. The absence of these is a big gap in simulation realism when we take off in sophisticated airplanes. No significant airline flight in the world takes off without this call-out regime. It is universally used and, hopefully, Asobo will include it in an upcoming upgrade. Thanks for any input.--Lee Graves
January 23, 20215 yr Fella, we have a simulator where the autopilot doesn't work properly and the ground physics are all wrong and you think automated callouts are a "serious omission"? i7-10700K; RTX 2070 Super; 16GB; P3Dv4.5HF3 & MSFS2020.

January 23, 20215 yr In P3D, the 3rd party addons FSLabs, PMDG and Leonardo added them to their packages. I am going to guess that FBW might have this in their plans sooner or later. Lee Lee H i9 13900KF 64GB Ram 24GB RTX 4090
January 23, 20215 yr I've just taken off in FBW A320 and it has the 80 knots/V1/V2 callouts.... Thomas Derbyshire
