Yep - the marketing hype for FSX has obviously reached all departments of Microsoft. 'Tell them it looks great with DX10'Or, the MSDN guys have actually seen FSX with DX10 and they're telling the truth!I'm not sure what to believe now, I'm running out of hope.

The most interesting thing is that they reference Amazon.com for the purchase at a rate of $49.99, reduced $15.00 from Amazon's pre-order price that was supposed to save us money and give us early delivery. Mine was weeks late, although I had little recourse as I am in a remote area for an across the counter sale (All Walmart had and still has is the standard version). Wonder how many folks canceled and got FSX Deluxe somewhere else, and if Amazon.com is stuck now with a stockpile of the software. Might be good for future buyers anyway. This whole thing sounds like a soap opera a little bit to me. We shall see what we shall see!Happy flying:RTH

Discounts are happening in lots of places. I saw the deluxe version for 15% off list price in an electronics retailer in Melbourne, Australia. To discount a title so soon after release (and more importantly, before Xmas) sales must be shocking...Cheers,Noel.

Well, I wouldn't believe what 'people' say. According to 'people', zune is selling well, and it's not. Having said that, FSX is ranked #3 at Amazon under PC games which indicates it's selling very well indeed - despite the poor ranking.Christian

It could've ranked #1 if it had multi-core support.
