January 29, 20215 yr Does anyone know how to set the heading indicator/gyro (not the heading bug) in the carenado Pilatus pc 12 in P3D v4? (realistically, without using the "D" key...) 😉  Thanks. January 29, 20215 yr In the real airplane, there is no need. It does not drift. The gyro drift in the sim is a bug. Bert

Someone just sent me this: "..change the gyro direction indicator from 1,0 to 3,0 according to someone on AVSim that is the right setting for the type of gauge the PC-12 has. And we don't have to use the re-sync gyro shortcut D key when the gyro drift is enabled." In the aircraft.cfg file: [direction_indicators] //1 Type: 0=None, 1=Vacuum Gyro, 2=Electric Gyro, 3=Electro-Mag Slaved Compass, 4=Slaved to another //2 Indicator number of slaving indicator if Type = 4 direction_indicator.0=3,0 Â Edited January 30, 20215 yr by Bert Pieke Bert
