February 4, 20215 yr I was and still am hoping that Asobo will create some method of painting airplanes thats easier than what I am currently doing (trying to do)...but it does generally work (so far). (not using blender or any modelling program) This is my first ever attempt to paint an aircraft. I used to make skies and clouds so I wanted to continue that concept. Ive never been one for trying to make a 'realistic' paint job anyway...I prefer fictitious. so here's two shots of a work in progress. still WAY unfinished and may actually never be finished but its good enough for me and I wanted to show off my work. from far away so you cant see the flaws 🙂 thanks for looking. P.S. its a cirrus cloud I took a picture of down by the water near my home. Edited February 4, 20215 yr by sightseer | Dave | I've been around for most of my life. I originally wanted to do a design I found a picture of online but I couldn't recreate it very well so I went with the cloud. | Dave | I've been around for most of my life.
