February 11, 20215 yr Hi, I'm sorry for the apparent lack of consideration for all your posts, but I'm really trying to fight multiple fires at the same time and private messaging me is not the best way to expose any technical problem or the best way getting my attention for now. I'm right now working on re-uploading the GTN installers (FltSim and XPlane) because of a typo in the latest preventing the correct installation of the correct Garmin trainer. With the anti-virus problem no clearly documented, and the updated installer, I believe 99% of the currently active issues on the forum will be solved. @AKStirling It is unfortunate but when everything falls down at the same time, it takes some more time to solve. If you're feeling the urgency for a refund please let me know, otherwise, you might still have enough days left for this and this might give us the time to help you.
