Hi Jean-Luc .....attempting to purchase the  GTN750/650 FS/P3d package butx appear to have got myself seriously crossed up .....tried to order the 650 first and the coupon wasn't for having that .....so in a nutshell .... the transaction's dead in the water .... hope you can help??

the uptodate situation is that i've bought the 750 at full  price, and the purchasle of 650 failed as there was a poroblem with payment so the coupon expired .... not having much luck!' ............. hope to hear from him ...... Alan Kerr

I believe I read yesterday that he is aware and trying to fix the expired coupon issue.

Suggest you get going with your new 750 and give the 650 a bit of time until things get sorted.. 😉

OK Bert ..... great ..... so my first port of call'll be to kit out the VCs in the RealAir Duke Turbine/Legacy .... what'd you recommend as the easiest way to tackle it ..........??

1. Select the F1 GTN option in the RealAir config app and start up the airplane

2. Use the Addons dropdown menu in FSX/P3D to choose to substitute the F1 unit by the RXP GTN.  There are two: For the VC, select the No Bezel option, for the popup window, no option.

That should do it!

Do you know if its the same for A2A Cherokee that has an utility for F1 GTN but none for RXP ? Switched from F1 to RXP yesterday and want to update some of my favorites like A2A Cherokee but also Real Air (all), Carenado C208 and C337 ?

Each aircraft model is different as it seems no two aircraft developers wrote to the same standard. That has seemed to place 3rd party developers like RXP into a very unfair position.  A design standard would remove all excuses.  But the lack of an adopted standard is no excuse.  RXP is not the culprit, and it has created a situation where user-to-user experiences have saved the day.  You should be able to find user-to-user help for most of your needs but it make take some time as  users here experienced in such issues are diligently trying to do the same with a newer challenging simulation. 

And that newer simulation, due to a "not invented here" syndrome appears to have severely challenged, or excluded, very accomplished developers such as RXP. Efforts to overcome those exclusions have thus obviously diluted those developer's overall development and support efforts.  Please stay the course and be patient.  This is clearly not a good time for all....

Yes, yes, and yes.. it is the exact same procedure.

Nice try, but no banana...

In the Legacy, you have the GNS panel selected in the RA config, and in the TDuke, you do not have the nobezel option set for the GTN..

This should be fixable..

Sliding downhill to negative rapture if there be such a beast ..... had both conversions working on Saturday .... but last night no dice, and, my attempt to redo the thing ended up a failure, as per the captures in the links .....

Please make sure to review the RXP log files (see user's manual for file/path).

It is possible the GTN not powering up in your screenshot is related to the recent Windows Defender aggressive move on our files. You might want to cross check the quarantined items for any 'rxp' file.

The black screen is another problem entirely... this is a Windows Update issue, and it has hit many of us.

Do not despair.  Your antivirus is the cause and if you look in the forum, instructions are there..

 guess not as getting a slew of F1 GTN messages, including everybody's old friend Error 10 when i try to install the RXP ...... removed what must have been the last fragment of the F1 from the sim's root folder, as voila! no more messages, too bad there's no gauges either .... no issues found in Defender, ............... incidentally, appreciate JL's  Picard joke, so in that groove, could he make my refund on the 750 so! ??....decided i'll settle for that gauge alone ......
