There is a chance the Reality XP config in the Carenado tool is using the legacy GNS gauge name, in which case, you'd have to proceed in 2 steps: - use Carenado tool to change the panel for both GNS. - use the RXP GUI Panel Assistant to replace the Legacy GNS panel gauges to the new GNS V2 gauges. Yeah, so I first used the Carenado tool. THEN I used the RXP tool from the menu. I SHOULD be using GNS530 2 and GNS430 2, right? Those are version numbers? Also, I expected the Garmin trainer that this one has you install to break my Garmin trainer I use for another GTN product. But they seem to be unrelated to each other and my GTN still works. Double bonus. I was getting ready to have to buy GTN from you too, because I WANTED GNS, but there is no way I am buying any more F1 products after their refusal to support the latest version of Garmin trainer. March 26, 20215 yr You should use a _1 and a _2 devices instead. I've done a quick search on the forum otherwise and there are many posts about the Malibu and/or Carenado which might help you too: https://www.qwant.com/?q=site%3Aavsim.com+carenado+malibu+rxp+gns

One last question... Any idea why when I hit enable the NAV mode now with RXP, I have an annunciator that says FAIL and it doesn't follow GPS? I have the GNS530 set to GPS on CDI source. This wasn't happening with the default Carenado Garmin.
