Hey all. Wanted to see what people were using to connect P3Dv4 to their Foreflight apps. Im currently using FlightSimGPS, and it works pretty well all things considered. The only thing I think its missing is showing traffic from in the sim on Foreflight itself. I was going to try FS2FF to see if I could make it work since that one is supposed to show sim traffic also. Since you all may likely use something different, I wanted to get the collective feel of the community on this topic. TIA.

I've used FSXFlight for many years, from FSX to P3Dv5.1 and it works great. I always fly on PE and it passes all the traffic to ForeFlight.

Also using FSXFlight. I'm hearing it seems to have been retired by the author, though, so having an alternative is good. You can connect the sim GPS feed to ForeFlight but then you don't get traffic. 

FS2FF is MSFS-only, unless someone has tested it with P3D and found it's backward-compatible over Simconnect? The author certainly says it isn't supported: astenlund/fs2ff: A utility that connects Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 with ForeFlight, Sky Demon, Garmin Pilot, and probably a few more EFB apps (github.com)

Actually, since it's .NET and the source is available, I might fork it and test it out and fix it if necessary to support P3D... if I can get some time. And then submit a PR and see if he's interested in adding the support officially. If not I can just keep a fork going.

I use Ultimate Traffic Live which not only shows the traffic on the Sim (I  use P3DV5) but also shows it on Aivia Soft's Electronic Flight Book as well. Worked well inP3DV4 as well.
