February 13, 20215 yr Author So, after playing around a bit more I've now decided to stay with Custom Render Scale in OpenXR set to 70% with no Reprojection and 100% Render Scale in MSFS. Can't say I noticed the smaller sweet-spot you mentioned. I also found this thread which seems interesting. Haven't had time to read through it yet though. I know myself all too well and how I often end up spending all my free time on tweaking and tuning rather than flying. Will stay with these settings for now and hopefully do some flying tomorrow 😄 Have a good rest of the evening buddy!
February 14, 20215 yr Author ...and now I'm back using the settings where I started...no Custom Scale set in OpenXR, Reprojection disabled and the Render Scale in MSFS set to 80%. These settings after all seem to give me the best experience. As for reprojection, I do agree it made things very smooth when panning around with the view/head inside the cockpit. However, when I was flying low over Rome checking out the POIs, the stuttering was really bad. Even when I dropped the Render Scale to about 70%. Edited February 14, 20215 yr by WebMaximus

I definitely think it’s less blurry outside the plane when the openXR is left at 100% scale.

For me, it wasn't so much about blurriness, more about stuttering. Stuttering to me is one of the worst things in VR. So I do whatever I can to avoid it.
