Fsx in a new pc

Featured Replies

Hi. I bought a new pc for installing msfs2020 and fsx too.

I am flying so far fsx and I want to follow using It for pmdg 747-8.

The problem is that the frames per second don't raise of 10 .

I don't understand why happens that.

I reinstall and the same thing.

Even I have too fsx steam and it happens the same.

My new pc is:

Ryzen 3900x

RTX 3070

32 RAM 3200

2 x SSD 1 tb m.2

I don't know what is the problem.

If someone can help me?

Regards.

I forgot to say I have second Graphic card (gtx710) for undocking instruments. Can It be possible that the second Graphic card was the problem? Fs2020 It works fine.

Your rig looks fine, you shouldn't have these issues.

Can you connect all your monitors to the RTX 3070 instead?

Hi Luis. Do you speak spanish?

I disabled gtx710 and efecctively It works fine. 60 f/s límites. But I don't know why happens this way.

If I being into the simulator I enable the gtx 710 again and It works.

But if I exit from the fsx and I start It again, comes the problems. I don't understand anything.

Regards.

Sí, hablo español. Sin embargo, este foro lo visita mucha gente que no lo habla, por lo que mejor mantengamos la conversación en inglés.

Now, I 'm not sure why you'd like to pair your 3070 with a GTX 710? I mean, one is a mid-high range GPU, the other one was entry-level... 7 years ago. I don't understand either why this happens.

Hi Luis. Yo también habló español.

The reason I want to use second Graphic card is to undock instrument panels and take them to others screens. I did It the same in my other pc, with 970 GTX and the same Graphic card. And It was working fine.

I don't understand If It is this card 710 that doesn't work fine with 3070. I am going to test with another one. Regards.

Maybe it's the opposite: it's the RTX 3070 that does not play well with the GTX 710. In the meantime, while you solve the problem, I guess you'll do fine enough doing this:

That's assuming your 3070 has more than one monitor output. This 3070 should be more than enough for FSX.

Hi. Yes, I Guess so. But I fly too fs2020 . I use 3 screens 32 " in surround as main view. And the forth output I would like let free in order to win frames per second.

I am going to test using the forth one and see the performance.

Regards.
