Market Place Buy buttons grayed out

Hi all,

Updated the app in MS Store. Launched MSFS, downloaded update. Go to the Marketplace, "Buy & Download" buttons grayed out. I've seen a few topics on the official forum, started two of my own. Mods keep closing them. I've reported it to Zendesk, no response.

Anyone else having this? Any solution? I tried the log in, log out thing and it didn't work.

Try logging into MSFS not as the Administrator.

Definitely not logged in as admin.

As it’s normal now it seems with every major update like the WU3, there are connectivity issues underway and MS said they were working on them.

I can't open the Market Place either. Downloaded update ok after 4 hours. I just now need to have patience. I'm sure by tomorrow morning I'll be able to open the Market Place.

2:45PM EST. no problem opening Marketplace. Nothing I want to buy from here though.

? Saw this thread and tried the Marketplace since I was just finishing a flight and simulator was still loaded. Actually I rarely go there, buying instead directly from publisher.
