Featured Replies

HI,

Seems I cant get a answer on other forums or no one knows, but can the Cessna S-TEC AP with some wizardry be configured to function as a pop out for a separate monitor.

Thank you. Now I can save myself hours of frustration trying to figure out something that's not possible

The Autopilot works great. I have pop outs for the Garmin units with 3D printed bezels. I'm trying to do the AP the same. No option I can find to pop it out tho.

Are you trying to pop out the AP so you can use it on an iPad or similar as an outboard "hardware" unit?

If you can live with a generic AP instead of the one modeled in each aircraft, the Saitek/Logitech Multipanel works with X-Plane (with some fiddling). It includes all the basic AP functions.

Paraffin,

Yea, I wanted to pop it out to a separate display monitor and surround it with a 3D printed bezel with buttons.
