Not really.  You can run MakeRunways and then do an import of all airports.  If the airport in question has taxiways and runways defined in the r5 and t5.csv files from Make Runways, then the airport should get imported.  However, you cannot import a single unknown airport.  Also, no ATC frequencies etc will be available for that airport.  You would then use uncontrolled airport procedures.
