Hi guys ,

 

After last Simupdate ( the called performance patch ) something was goeing on or wrong with my Sim. Never since beginning with MSFS i had any kind of problem regarding Updates and stuff like that, CTD`s are also real rare for me.

But after the update at Friday sometting isn`t like it should and i can`t find realy the reason.

I updated via Store first, than started the Sim and first thing what was wondering me was the Sim took no update over/in the sim, if i am not wrong there should a small one.

I see the Marketplace was greyed out and i didn`t see my 787 anymore ?? ( Bought the Deluxe Edition )

But the plane is in the Official/OneStore Dir just to say.

I see on my login i am logged but the server is continuously search with that searchring, is that normal or do i have no connection with the server ?

Internet works and i am realy a bit stuck here..

Here 2 pics to show what it looks like for better anderstanding: To say my community was completly empty as i tried this just for the reason there could be some problems..

 

This pic showing the missing 787 ( what allways was in there ) in the Commercial airliners tab  ( normal should be shown, the Bredok 738 was moved out from the folder so she is not showing up, thats OK. )

 

the next pic is the login and server screen also i miss my icon there and the greyed out marketplace is seen ( if it is like that is there no server for me ? )

And if i start the plane the earth textures are ugly seems not showing bing data maps; settings are all right i double checked that many times only programetry is off what i set like this..

 

so do i have to reinstall ? Any help this not to do would be fine 🙂

This server thing search is allways the same since Friday Update..

Never seen that before, and i have had numerous issues since launch. I don't know if it will help but if it's the MS Store version, maybe try logging out and back into your MS account. Also the same for the Xbox app. The one time i did have missing default aircraft was resolved by re-installing the digital license also via the MS store...

I had something similar happen a couple of days ago, but I think it started before the latest patch. I couldn't connect to the server. Long story short, I ended up reinstalling the sim. But in the process of reinstalling I had to perform the following steps.

I'm thinking that maybe if I had followed the steps in the link first, I may not have had to do a complete reinstall. 

The reinstall was relatively painless but time consuming. All of my original settings were saved.

Hope this helps.

Logout, restart then log back in an try a different server. If its still greyed out uninstall the FS2020 installer from the store and redownload that. After that ive no idea.

I did log in and out in both my XBox and my MS/Store account several times but this unfotunality changed nothing..

It looks like you are not connected to the server, try to connect to another server manually and restart the game first,

Where can i set a different server, if i click on my serverwindow it only shows me automatic - is there an other place i can choose this ?

Arrow down next to server automatisch. if possible.

Try this if its still greyed out.

Thank you guys for your realy helpfull comments and tipps - resetting things didn`t work but i loaded down the XBox app again and this worked, seems there was a newer on there.

Now server is on again and all my planes are back and the missing small Update from 129 MIB also downloaded, realy happy don`t had to reinstall the Sim - THANK YOU ALL !! 😎
