March 30, 20215 yr Moderator Hi John. There could be a missing DLL. Look in the zip file or CD for msstdfmt.dll. If it’s not in your Windows\System32 and syswow64 folders copy it there and register it following these instructions. https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/265834-713-and-unregistered-dlls/ I take it you’ve used the encryption program to generate a key. March 31, 20215 yr It's pretty clear that the msstdfmt.dll file was not found in the C:\Windows\sysWOW64 folder. As Ray posted above, you have to put a copy of the dll there if it's not there already.
