April 4, 20215 yr I just upgraded from Logitech rudder pedals and yoke to Thrustmaster TPR rudder pedals and Fulcrum yoke. Err merr gerrrd!!! The basic transition from all-plastic to all-metal was enough out of the box, but the FEEEELS in operation is so nice! Both are astoundingly accurate, and provide a fluid feel to flying, almost like real air passing over control surfaces. Highly recommended! Now, if I can just get my hands on a Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant and a GTX 3080 I will be set! 🙂 John Howell Prepar3D V5, Windows 10 Pro, I7-9700K @ 4.6Ghz, EVGA GTX1080, 32GB Corsair Dominator 3200GHz, SanDisk Ultimate Pro 480GB SSD (OS), 2x Samsung 1TB 970 EVO M.2 (P3D), Corsair H80i V2 AIO Cooler, Fulcrum One Yoke, Samsung 34" 3440x1440 curved monitor, Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant, Thrustmaster TPR rudder pedals, Thrustmaster T1600M stick
April 5, 20215 yr Brilliant 👍 I have the exact same setup as you, TPR rudders and the fulcrum . Investing in quality hardware makes such a massive difference to the simulation experience regardless of what software you’re using. Try flying a twin with good flight modelling and an engine shutdown , the Xplane Vskylabs C47 is a good one which requires a lot of into engine aileron as well as rudder to keep straight. Then you realise just how good these controls are . I’m also waiting for the bravo throttle, I ordered in October. I’m currently using thrustmaster warthog throttles but have just ordered the thrustmaster TCA Airbus quadrant to try in the meantime . 787 captain.
