MSFS 2020 your packages are out of date

Featured Replies

This has happened twice to me recently with the sim freezing. are there any solutions to this. There is no issue with un-updated packages that I know of. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you .

This happened to me several times.  Lost all my flying logs.  Is there any way to recover them?

Also, today MSF won't load.  Gets into the loading process as far as showing some of the new France features, then crashes.

Following info from logs.

Darn!  I restored my computer to a previous date (March 30th before these things started happening)

Now I get this error.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Went to the store, yes I'm logged in.  Was an update for MSF2020 , I installed that, but still the error above when I click PLAY in MS STORE!

Help!

Tried to restore my computer to a previous date.  But FS still crashes at the point it is almost ready to come up to the main menu.  Fixed the error in the previous post by signing out of store, and back in again.

Really don't want to reinstall.  Not sure even how to.

Thanks! Jim
