I had the X issue on VDGS signs but reinstalling SODE VDGS fixed it

Have you tried to Unregister/Register and Deactivate/Reactivate SODE....???

yep , thanks but still those x

 

The X goes away (selected and current gate)when i use the GSX menu to call for the SODE jetways
