Will My System Work Okay?

Also, to see if you have issue's, most people don't but some appear too no matter what their system is? I have no clue why

The majority of issues seem to be user-generated (overclocking, incompatible mods, not following proper installation instructions, settings too high, applying an assorted array of voodoo fixes).

As long as you use common sense, you'll be fine. Start out with low to medium settings, and then work your way up. Don't stuff up your community folder with 43555 addons. Don't apply any "fixes", etc.

I've had very few CTDs - a couple at the beginning due to outdated runtime libraries, the CTD related to a version of the ingame VFR map, CTDs with WT CJ4 version 9 (went away with version 10) and one OOM error.

I have an even weaker system than the OP. Again, as long as you're above a certain threshold, don't let your hardware stop you from enjoying the sim.

I've found that the WT CJ4 is the plane that taxes my system the least, the TBM 930 and the Citation Longitude with the respective mods installed don't perform as well. I suspect it's because the G1X and the G3X have to display and draw more data.

In addition, I also have Zinertek's airport textures enhancement and now VFRLatin's Arex Europe installed. Both give you a significant visual boost with close to no performance hit.
