April 23, 20215 yr hi guys, purchased AeroSoft LIMC for V5 only because it has more routes than LIML, and with FSL 320 the ILS is not working , i was all over the place coming in from Paris, so tried it again in the runway 17L tuned ILS and its just not working ( latest airac from navigragh installed ) anybody else has this ? never had a problem like this before ? ROG Crossair Hero X670e , 9900X, TUF 4090 , X4 NVME's. OS 2TB 980 Pro , MSFS 2TB WD Black , Kington Fury 64GB ram ( 6000) Corsair RM1000 PSU, Artic Freezer iii 360 AIO . Phanteks P600s Case ,TCL QM8B 50" 120 Hz TV,second 24 inch screen for charts you tube etc, and 11" touch screen for the EFB. Warthog Stick and TCA Captains throttle ( full pack) Velocity 1 Rudder Pedals , extreme3D for the Tiller,Streamdeck XL x2 / Streamdeck +/Streamdeck mini because i like pressing buttons
April 24, 20215 yr More than likely this is caused by the duplicate/phantom old "IAM" localizer that Aerosoft left in the airport file (LIMC_ADEV5-OP01.BGL) in addition to the correct IMSL ILS/DME. This has been a known issue since at least 2019. You can edit the airport file in ADE and delete the IMA localizer and I'd bet this solves your problem. I find with MXP on the FSL when i taxi in the wheels are half below the taxiway and you have to hammer the thrust to force the a/c to move forward. ive always put it down to a ropey aerosoft afcad.
